We are thrilled to announce yet another addition to the EDGE Family. Please welcome aboard our new Operations Manager, Josh Holland who started with us on Monday. Josh will report to Javier and be responsible for managing the day operations for the company.
Josh has spent his last 17 years working on and managing an operations team of technicians where he successfully developed asset control and preventive maintenance plans, created effective quality control programs, and oversaw the implementation and management of safety training plans. Most recently Josh managed an operations team for a Walmart distribution center where standards were high and efficiency was expected.
Over the next 12 months Josh will be learning about the janitorial operations at EDGE while providing ideas and input in all the areas of expertise he brings. EDGE keeps growing, opportunities keep arising, and we believe we need to continue making decisions that help differentiate us from our competitors. Having Josh’s different perspective in janitorial operations will be key to the success of our continued growth.
