This year was full of surprises and challenges, not to mention family hardships and personal loss due to COVID. In a way, we’re glad it’s almost over. On the other hand, we learned a great deal about the strength of this company by way of the dedication and courage demonstrated by the entire team throughout the most difficult of circumstances. Individuals outside the janitorial world were educated in the critical role our services play in preventing the spread and ultimately, helping to put an end to the virus. We should all have an incredible sense of pride in this as well as our many notable achievements in 2020, some of which are outlined below:
• We became CIMS with Honors certified
• We were able to continue servicing all of our customers without interruption
• We created new jobs all over the valley in response to COVID
• We launched 4 new services for our customers in response to COVID
• We added 401K to our benefits package
• We provided emergency sick leave to all of our employees who had to miss work for COVID related reasons, so you didn’t need to use your PTO
As we leave 2020 and look forward to the all the possibilities and opportunities in store for 2021, we find ourselves tremendously thankful for each and every one of you because without you, none of this is possible.
