Today we want to give a special thank you and shout out to Teresa and Gerardo Gutierrez who do the cleaning for our account at the Mexican Consul. This account was recently on the EDGE account watchlist. For those that don’t know, the watchlist is a list of buildings we have where the customer is unhappy or we think the quality of the cleaning is suffering. We meet weekly to discuss the plan to turn around the situation and get it off of the watchlist.
This particular account was on the watchlist, cleaning quality was suffering and the customer was unhappy. After we hired Teresa and Gerardo, the quality of cleaning has improved greatly!
Rhea Porter is the Route Manager of the building and says this of Teresa and Gerardo “This couple is amazing. They are new employees. Their attention to detail and dedication has brought this account above standards. We did have a New Mexican General arrive this past month. They made sure his suite has been kept spotless. They follow Edges core values. I have been blessed with such great employees.”

Hoy queremos darles un agradecimiento especial y felicitar a Teresa y Gerardo Gutiérrez, quienes hacen la limpieza por nuestra cuenta en el cónsul mexicano. Esta cuenta estuvo recientemente en la lista de seguimiento de la cuenta EDGE. Para aquellos que no lo saben, la lista de vigilancia es una lista de edificios que tenemos donde el cliente no está contento o creemos que la calidad de la limpieza está sufriendo. Nos reunimos semanalmente para discutir el plan para cambiar la situación y sacarlo de la lista de vigilancia.
Esta cuenta en particular estaba en la lista de vigilancia, la calidad de la limpieza estaba sufriendo y el cliente no estaba contento. Después de contratar a Teresa y Gerardo, ¡la calidad de la limpieza ha mejorado mucho!
